The Challenge
S. Antonio Aged Care's branding failed to reflect its deep cultural, spiritual, and community roots.
With strong Italian Catholic foundations and historical ties to Poggioreale, the institution required a brand and digital presence that honoured tradition while conveying warmth, dignity, and trust.
Complex targeting for their “mobile-first” model (homes, schools, aged care) meant generic pages couldn’t convert location-specific searches or fuel Google Ads without cannibalising leads.
Brand Overhaul
Stealth Design delivered a ground-up brand identity inspired by heritage, faith, and compassion.
Visual language, typography, and tone were carefully crafted to resonate with families seeking familiarity, respect, and reassurance.
The accompanying website focused on lifestyle, values, and community connection rather than clinical presentation.

The new brand transformed perception reinforcing S.Antonio’s identity as a respected, culturally grounded care provider.
Families now encounter a presence aligned with both emotional expectations and institutional credibility.
The new website is easily editable - allowing S.Antonio staff to easily add menu's, news, activities and more.
