Relationship to Contracts

Where a separate written agreement or contract exists between Stealth Design and a client, the terms of that agreement prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

These Terms apply where no specific agreement exists or as a default position.

Website Use

You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful, misleading, or interferes with its operation. We may suspend or restrict access at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property – Website

All intellectual property on this website, including content, branding, graphics, code, and design, is owned by Stealth Design unless otherwise stated. No rights are granted except for personal viewing.

Intellectual Property – Client Work (Default Position)

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all intellectual property rights in any work created by Stealth Design, including designs, websites, code, content, concepts, systems, and deliverables, remain the exclusive property of Stealth Design.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the work solely for its intended purpose. No ownership is transferred unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

This licence does not permit resale, sublicensing, reuse, or modification beyond the agreed purpose.

Open Source & Third-Party Software

Websites may incorporate open-source and third-party software. Such components are governed by their own licences. Clients acknowledge that:

• Licences may be limited to a single domain or project
• Software may be licensed to Stealth Design for client use only
• Reuse, duplication, or transfer may require additional licences

Attribution & Credit

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Stealth Design is entitled to include a discreet logo, credit, and/or backlink on any website designed or developed by Stealth Design.

Removal, concealment, or modification of such attribution without written consent constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in additional fees, suspension of services, or termination of licences granted for use of the work.

Access & Administration

Clients must not remove, restrict, or deny Stealth Design reasonable administrative access to any website, hosting environment, domain, or system built, managed, or maintained by Stealth Design where such access is required to:

• Perform agreed services
• Maintain functionality or security
• Comply with hosting or licensing obligations
• Protect Stealth Design’s intellectual property

Any attempt to lock out, revoke access, or interfere with administrative control without prior written agreement constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Stealth Design accepts no liability for issues arising after access is restricted.

Print & Production Approval

Clients are responsible for approving final artwork, designs, and specifications prior to print or production. Once approval is provided, Stealth Design is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outcomes.

This website and all information provided is supplied “as is”. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, suitability, or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• All liability is excluded for loss, damage, costs, or claims arising from use of this website or services
• Liability is limited, at our discretion, to re-supply of services or the amount paid for them
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss
